1. The organizer of the championship is the board wwwBILARDYinfo  
2. Main referee: Zmak. Administrators: DerekDarecki, CJINCLNJMO, Maniek_Kutno, Higu., blaireQ 
3. Home page.
4. The player who wants to take part in the tournament should be available online several hours daily.
5. Join this tournament by forum wwwBILARDYinfo after registering on the same nick as in games online and leaving your Gadu-Gadu number.
6. It is possible to sign in by giving only one nickname, otherwise a player will be disqualified.
7. All the matches are played in the following room wwwBILARDYinfo (GD); wwwBILARDYinfo (WP) pool 8.
8. The tournaments are permissible to take place without a referee.
9. The pool table settings: time for game 15 minutes, time for move 30 seconds, safe game 5 minutes.
     By starting a frame you are about to accept other settings. Disconnecting or escaping from the table means that you lose current frame.
10. The winner sends a result to the organizer Zmak by using online games messages, the link will be available on the page with the table.
     Example: World Cup Pool 8 * group 4 * me (4) : (2) opponent
     You must not send the result of a match which has not been held. The organizer is responsible for giving decisions on walkover.
     The player who will not obey this rule will lose the match by default.
11. The Tournament will begin after 256 players enrolled but not later than 6th May.
     In groups each player is to play against every single player to 3 points advantage but not more than 6 parts.
     Possible results: 3:0; 4:1; 4:2; 3:3.
     1st phase: 32 groups of 8 players, best 4 players from each group will be promoted to the 2nd round until 13th May, 22.00.
     2nd phase: 16 groups of 8 players, best 4 players from each group will be promoted to the cup final until 20th May, 22.00.
     Cup final tournament (elimination) for 64 players, the time for each round: 3 days.
     On the page with the table there will be given terms and the information to how many wins we are going to play.
     In the case of different amount of enrolled players, there will be possible changes in the number of groups and promoted players.
     The established terms will be strictly stuck to the rules according to the local (Polish) time.
12. The grading scale of group phases: win 2 points, tie 1 point, walkover -1 point
13. To be classified the player has to play at least 5 games in the group of 8 players.
     The results of the non-classified player will be cancelled.
14. It is not neccessary to finish the whole match in one day, however it may be stopped once only.
15. To find other players go to room wwwBILARDYinfo (GD); wwwBILARDYinfo (WP), write a message on online games,
      add to friends or use Gadu-Gadu.
16. In case of problems finding opponent, you should inform the organizer not later than 1 day befor match expiry date.

17. Disregarding the rules cannot be excused by unawareness.
18. "Hand" use is allowed during matches.
19. The Championships have been organised in order to have a good time, it means that each player should obey the rules of fair play.
      Do not congratulate before the end of the part, do not disturb your opponent, obey the rules of good manners.
      Players causing trouble may be punished by losing the frame, match or being removed from the Tournament.
20. In case of any problems, full description should be sent by e-mail to the organizer Zmak, along with attached screenshot.

22. Best 8 players will be rewarded with virtual cash.
     The pool amount: 8 000 000 game chips in the case of 256 players enrolled.
      1st place 3 000 000, 2nd place 2 000 000, 3rd place 1 000 000,
      4th place 800 000, 5th place 500 000, 6th place 400 000, 7th place 200 000, 8th place 100 000.
      1 - 8 place: VIP per month.
      In case where less than 200 people sign up for the tournament, the prize pool may be reduced.
23. The organizers decide in any cases that are not explained in the regulations above.
